Addition to Terms of Service
You may be asked for verification of identity prior to ANY payment or order being made. Accepted forms of verification are as follows:
1. United States state issued driver license
2. United States issued passport
3. Previous year's tax returns

Members Terms of Service
By signing up and actively using the Cashle.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Cashle.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Cashle.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Cashle.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. We do not guarantee that a user will receive credit for offers. We reserve the right to refuse credit for an offer for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, fraud, system abuse and early termination. If we do not receive credit for an offer, the member will not receive credit. You are not an employee of Cashle. You are an independent contractor. You are doing all offers on a voluntary basis with the understanding that no credit is guaranteed for the time you spend completing offers.

Responsibility of Members
1- You must understand English. You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent. Requests may be made to verify your age.
2- Only one account per household, IP Address, and one account per computer. Do not sign up from an Internet Cafe or local library. you must live IN the United States, United Kingdom or Canada.
3- Internet Explorer and Firefox are recommended when using Cashle.com do NOT use AOL or Netscape as your browser, this might result in yrou account being closed.
4- If you log into an account from a pc that is already being used by another member both accounts will be suspended. In addition you may NOT use a proxy server.
5- You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses.
6- Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account.
7- You may only sign up for offers in your own name, and only one person may use the account. The exception is married couples living in the same household, who may share an account. If you use a credit card for trials, the credit card must be in your name - No one else's!
8- You must use your own real information when filling out information on offers and on registration on Cashle.com. There is zero-tolerance for using false phone numbers, false addresses, false names, etc.
9- You are not allowed to use a internet voicemail / internet phone number number to verify your account on Cashle.com 10- You can not repeat offers on Cashle.com that you completed on other sites.
11- You are not allowed to access Cashle through a proxy server
12- You are not allowed to encouraging users to cancel once credit it received
13- Cookies must be enabled, make sure they are not blocked.
14- You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Cashle.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual that may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Cashle.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
15- Fraudulent users are NOT welcome on Cashle.com. We rely on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse. This means that if you engage in fraudulent activity, as determined solely by Cashle.com, your account will be CLOSED and any points you have earned doing offers, whether they are reversed by the advertiser or not, will NOT Receive your orders .
16- Please be aware anyone caught cheating/committing fraud in any way are in violation of terms, and privacy statement and therefore are not protected by them due to their own violation. Therefore that gives us the right to make others aware of your identity to protect further fraud.

Relationship of the Parties
You and Cashle.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Cashle.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Cashle.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Cashle.com program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
Cashle.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Cashle.com program, even if Cashle.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Cashle.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam
We do not believe in spam, the only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site. you may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Cashle.com and may result in legal prosecution. Cashle.com strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Cashle.com may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Cashle.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Privacy Policy
At Cashle.com, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Cashle.com's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.
The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

Data collection
Cashle.com collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
Some of our services require you to register for an account. Cashle.com asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, paypal account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

Cookies
Upon your first visit to Cashle.com, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.
We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. Cashle.com does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Cashle.com features or services may not function properly without cookies.

Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all monies in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.

Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.

Payment
Payments are sent daily. Cashle.com does not pay out in the following circumstances: to members with incomplete or inaccurate account information. In some cases payments may require additional time than above-indicated to be processed. Thus, offers completed during a prior month may not always be confirmed/paid-out the following month, as there are sometimes delays in receiving commissions on, and, by participating in Cashle.com, members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until Cashle.com has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment, accounts are audited for validation, to ensure both that no fraud has taken place and that the offer(s) has been paid upon. Cashle.com will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that offers completed have been so validated. Cashle.com reserves the right to request proper identity verification for any and all accounts without stating a reason therefore. If such a request is made of a member and subsequently refused, Cashle.com reserves the right to withhold funds.

Non-Liability
At no time will Cashle.com be liable for anything resulting from the use of a member's account. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: suspension or termination of an account, dissemination of information concerning an account, legal proceedings initiated against a member, or any damages (actual or consequential) from lawsuits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences. Cashle.com is solely an intermediary between members and advertisers, and is neither ensuring nor endorsing products or services advertised on Cashle.com. Members are solely responsible for any and all consequences of decisions made with regard to any partners' websites.

Non-Responsibility
Cashle.com is not responsible to any user/member and, at its discretion, may terminate the service for any user/member at any time, without notice. Upon termination, Cashle.com has no further responsibility toward any user/member, whether past or present.

Termination
Termination of a member's account constitutes forfeiture of the privilege to create a new account. Only one account per household is allowed; if more than one account is created for the same household, this is considered fraud and both accounts will be deleted with all monies forfeited. Members are required to use true and accurate account information when signing up and to keep their account information up-to-date at all times. If a member is found to have incomplete, inaccurate, or false account information that account is subject to termination without notice. Members may cancel the use of Cashle.com at any time by emailing us and making such request. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to cash earned and prizes requested. Cashle.com will not offer or owe anything to users whose accounts have been terminated and/or suspended. Cashle.com reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold payment from any and all members who are deemed to have fraudulently completed offers, no matter how insignificant the degree of fraud.

Information Sharing
We will not sell, disclose or lease our member's personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.

Changes to this Policy
Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
