| Painfully long wait on the toll free number to cancel my account and the music is AWFUL! The music finally ended and I could hear the sounds in their office - people talking and phones ringing but no one would answer me - then they hung up!
Trying again. This music makes me want to cry. 3 minutes on hold so far. 5 minutes. Finally got through to someone, they try to upsell you but do not hassle if you say No, just cancel it. Also offered a cancellation number. | |
