Looking at your profile, you've earned $1.71 from them. Sounds like they've verified and had their first offer approved which would have earned your $1.00 if they're from the US/UK. The rest would be the 15% of earnings you would get from them completing the offers. You would only get 15% from the P2S offers, not external ones. Check out the Points & Cash page under the Account tab so you can see your balance history. You'll see that you have earned from your referral there.
