Hey guys just a quickie to say I hit my target of 1 thousand refs today. A lot of hard work and research went into it and it has paid off for me. I always set myself a target of 1K. (Now I dont know what to aim for lol) To any of you having problems/lack of refs here's some advice. • Stick at it no matter what: never give in. • Do your SEO research on forums (most stuff you need is on P2S inc my sig below) • Never do it to get money, instead help people out by making a solution to a problem ie. no ms points. • Never try to hard, People pick up on desperation and will not go with anything you say if they detect any • And finaly - Have fun! If you get stressed (which happens) - Take a break! 
I'm always willing to help you guys out but I'm only 1 person and sometimes I get backlogged in messages but I do get round to it. Shouts out to Silentfire, NS RziLLa and all you other guys, for being there to chat to on those long nights working on websites.
Hope yours are doing well. You guys will be posting the same thing in no time
