Help With Quizes

For example, I was doing a halo quiz, and i answered the ten quiestions, filled out my information, and skipped through the offers till the results page. I also submitted yes to like 3 offers to assure that i get my points. When it finally shows me my results for the quiz, i mark as completed. The offer however never approved and its been a day. (I also clear cookies before each offer). Someone please help.
