Weebly is great for beginners. When all my sites were Weebly back then, I got like 300 referrals a month. I did my research and learned that a domain was simply better to rank with then any subdomain. So I bought domain names, EASILY passed my Weebly sites with little to no work and now I'm making more. You're not going anywhere using subdomains unless you promote them everyday. For example, one keyword, I got a Weebly site to first page and a domain to second result. I never promoted them ever again, the domain is third after a year and the Weebly site fell 10 pages back. If for those who want good amount of referrals, invest in domains. It's how I'm getting 2000 referrals a month.

I do agree Weebly was a good starting point for me. It's free and a decent place for those to get use to website making. But at the point that I am at, I agree with people like Kingsley, Weebly sucks when I compare to it versus now.

Two questions to ask then, what are is the best place to get cheap domains? And does .com really make that much of a difference from .info/.us/.net etc.?

I buy from Name. I always wanted to figure that one out, lots of rumors and opinions but no facts I've found. General idea is that it doesn't matter from what I've seen. The most common are .com/.net/.org/and .info. Any other extension will affect things.

What's Name? I am considering using Go Daddy for a cheap .info domain name. Thoughts?

Well I went ahead and bought my domain name. Weebly is really good about changing site names so I just plugged my site name into my Weebly website. Now I'm off to building back links and boosting my traffic, wish me luck!
