I just tried to do this offer and it happens with every MP offer. I get to the point where it says you must complete 2 offers before you continue. So I do an offer and it completely take me out of the mp offer and into a win a walmart gift card or a target gift card is this offer a dud are MP offers just Bogus?

Those offers are for real :) You must complete two additional offers to fufill the advertisers requirements, sometimes this means doing additional offers inside the offer :) This sucks but it's gotta be done ;)
