if when i ordered an item in the item description it says ships within hours will it still ship within hours even if im ordering it off p2s

If the merchant says they'll ship it within hours of receiving the order (after p2s admins approve your order and they order the item for you) then yes it. That doesn't mean you'll get it within hours. It says they'll ship it within hours.
