Ok this deals with something about battlefield 3 so if your not interested dont bother contionueing. On the 24th I pre ordered bf3. Along with the game came extra content just because I pre ordered. Oh what a happy day it was for me. I shouted once or twice in the shout box but didnt have much time for anything else. Why, jumping around of course. It indeed was a big day, I just ordered a 60 dollar game before release, couldn't be much happier. Screen shots were taken of many things to prove I ordered this. Those were to be going on a blog post soon on a form that I hoped would have gotten me a few refs. Well those feelings were crushed last night. I was finally able to chill eneough to log in to my email. I see I got a message from p2s in my folder I made just for them. I look at it and freeze. Frantically I log into p2s and see that my order has been denied. Why, due to an account issue I had way back when. Now I knew of this ahead of time. I finally did what I needed to do on the 23rd and felt okay with my order. What I sent was a picture of my house address along with my name. Are you kidding me, a picture denied me of a pre ordered game? So like, what just happened? Ok, I wont be getting my game as soon as I thought, and I also wont be getting my bonus content. I was on the verge of crying myself to sleep last night, hope that content wasn't worth much. I aint gonna work for that.. I might not even buy bf3 from here, might just go off to best buy and hope they have a copy there. If a member of power and not an automated system were taking care of this, wouldn't human emotion bypass a picture, just dont get it... Wish I could get reimbursed for this loss, know that isnt gonna happen... All because of a lousy picture... Seriously, cmon! If a certian one of you members is here, forgot your name, starts with a k. You knew how excited I was for this game right! You were also one of those that pre orderd the game btw. Fyi for those of you that want to comment, Im in a pretty bad state of mind, if you think your post is going to make things worse with me, please think up something else, or don't post period. I'm a gold member and I'm ballin like a new member (those of you that do)... |

OK well it is not the sites fault you have account issues. Also when you need to verify, their are specific items you need to have to resolve your issues. Such as a picture id and a piece of mail sent to your address. If the picture does not clearly identify you as to who you are, then it can not be accepted. Im sure people send in random pictures that arent id's. Anyone can send in a picture of anyone if that was the case. To keep p2s a reliable and awesome site, these measures need to be taken and carefully looked in to. Sorry to hear you did not get your game when you wanted it. |

If I knew the account issue you described, I may be able to see why they denied the order. I'm sorry that this happened, I mean, maybe you could send in a ticket to the admin. I know from personal experience I had a bad account issue with them and after dealing with the admin about it, they dealt with it in a prompt and effective manner. I hope this problem gets fixed. |
