SECOND, you need to fix up your grammar. You could easily fool me that a 1st grader designed this site. I don't think anyone will "want" to be your referal. The key is to make them want it. As mentioned before, I will almost guarentee that you will get no traffic to your website. Just a few of many suggestions.

I think that you don't have the total idea of getting referrals. People don't simply want to be your referral as a favor, people want to get free stuff. If they don't even know that you're the referrer, it's not even a problem. I think that you should include pictures, maybe explain the site a little, and use testimonials as proof to the viewers.
