High payed games are not working!!!!

So for the browser type to make a difference once you move to three or more player ones doesn't fit as that aspect of it is all on the other side of things, not ours. Then for them to say, "nope sorry, not our problem" and not refund points or anything else is a bit ridiculous. If this was brand new happening only today or only for a short period on one day due to some issue by a third party then maybe. Although this has been going on for a while and you can still elect to play three or more player games which is a function on the P2S site. If they know there is a problem causing such games to not work but still offer it then that is most certainly their fault and they need to be held accountable.

I paid the fee, and after completing the game, it just kicks you out. It happened various times so for now I'm avoiding the games.

I sent in a support ticket and got the "can't be refunded" message too. Do they even read them. Obviously there is some kind of issue if it's happening to more people with the exact same circumstances. Told me I should make sure with free games that it works. I played like 20 free and 30 point games in the same time frame with no issues. I didn't even have the opportunity to hit the refund and block me button - it acted like it was going to work ok then this happens.
