I recently ordered an item and my address was wrong for some odd reason. i had aready ordered the item because it doesnt give u a chance to look things over... anyways! i went to change my address in my account. is this enough to get my item to me??

okay if your order is still pending you can cancel, if you change your address without first notifying Admin you will have problems with your order being sent. Please write a support ticket to Admin in regards of address change. They will help you in no time.

To cancel an order, go to the Spend Points tab (or Get Paid, on Cashle), and click Status of Orders. From here, click the delete button beside your order. You can only delete Pending orders, not preparing ones. Points would be refunded automatically after you deleted it.

Like Jorgeramirez319 mentioned, if you changed your address then that can cause account issues if you didn't let the admin aware of the address change. If it was just a minor change though, you should be fine.

If you're not sure how to send in a ticket, you will go to the Support tab, click Support ticket and from there click New Ticket. Explain your problem in the message, and an admin would get back to you in a couple weekdays.
