Why i can not earn from my referral earnings?

I could not find it. I have a question. My referrals earned some cashes from external offers, but i did not take any commission(%15) from these earnings. Why? because of external offers? Can I earn only from their earnings from offers which are not external? I could not understand that why i can not earn from their external offers earninngs.

You will only earn from the other offers. The only thing external offers will count for is getting the first offer completed bonus when your referral has their first offer completed. It was suggested awhile back for referrals to receive the bonus (which didn't happen). Here is the admins response to the suggestion so you can understand why you do not receive the bonus off external offers: We do not have the margins to give away 15% on the externals. If we want to give away 15% to promoters, we would have to cut the payout to members with 15% as well. This would seriously impact the payout of 3rd parties offers, and we rather not do that, We do however consider to give away the registration bonus away when someone completes external offers. It's on our list to be discussed for some time, but I think we will get too it soon. ( Referrers not paid for Referral's action of external offers.. )

Just because you're from there doesn't mean that is the only country you can refer to the site. Try promoting to other countries that will possibly earn you more and have more opportunities to earn from offers like the US/UK/CA.
