Oh and another thing for blogspot you should go to the design and add a title description, the title description is one of the big things for getting ranked, make sure its SEO friendly. build some backlinks in some forums with the keyword you want using anchor text.

SEO is the use of keywords and proper tags within your site. This can be done quickly and it's an easy science compared to SEM which is search engine marketing. SEM on the other hand is about backlink building. This will take more of your time and it's less of an exact science and more trial and error of good timing and location. And preferably backlinks where others only link to you, these are the most valuable.
