Profiles is questionnaires you fill out for uSamp and you can get points for completing them. Completing them also would help in matching you to surveys you'll better qualify for. When you're in the uSamp offer section, notice the blue "Profiles" button? Click that to complete your profiles.

If you don't see any profiles after clicking the Profiles tab and you're not seeing any surveys to complete, you might have to contact uSamp support and see if there is a problem with your account here. Their email address is in the description of the uSamp offer category.

You don't make one, you just complete the questionnaires.
