Im sorry if i did not read the rules of this mentioning (if they did) but why only the US,UK and CA gets to talk on the shoutbox there are many other countries that wants to join in the act but cant |

Other countries can speak in the Shoutbox as well. You need to earn $2 from offers or refer at least 50 members before you could. |
