The Hori screen protectors were really very simple to set up. I was pleasantly surprised. However, that didn't mean I didn't mess it up. The top screen protector went on great (although it has a strange purple hue), but I failed on the bottom one. I accidentally messed up the last step and it took the screen protector off. When I went to reapply it, I found a couple of hairs had stuck to the underside of the protector. :/ Oh well. It works perfectly fine. I'll just need to get another screen protector to replace the bottom one in the future. Anyone have any ideas about removing a hair stuck underneath? Meh, here's the finished product...

I just got 85 points deducted and it said that my order has approved and shipped, only I've already received my reward. Do you think it's worth opening a support ticket for or not? I really don't like bugging the staff, but I'm not sure what's happening.
