Using PHP. Once complete people will be able to submit their referral links, it shall be sent to all of my email contacts, all of your email contacts and will be in the site. The main objective is that people will be able to get referrals, by doing referrals, it can be for many sites. Stay tuned, i'm going to post the link in a day or two.
