i am trying my bestest to get referrals ... blogs, links, hassling my friends etc but twitter is proving the best so far, before using i had had 41 visits, within 20 mins i have now had 106, no one has signed up so far but at least ppl are checking it out! any suggestions on how to improve my profile to get ppl signing? other then getting more cash lol

Instead of direct linking to P2S with your ref link, create a landing page where you explain a bit about the benefits of joining and then funnel the traffic from there.

Sure it MAY be netting you a few referrals but it's not a very good long term strategy. I wouldn't waste my time and invest in other methods of generating traffic.
