How To Make A Really Good Referral Website

Okay guys, I know a lot of you have been wondering how to get a lot of referrals. Well, I am going to tell you how to get some with a bit of effort. Okay first off, the method of getting referrals that I am going to tell you is by making a website. Out of all of the web hosts out there, I like Webs the best: [removed] Because they offer many good templates that you can use, plus they have many different applications and tools too. Anyways, once you make a website at Webs, you need to pick a template/theme for your website...Or you can even create your own if you are good with CSS coding and HTML, but if you are not good with that, then just create your own. Next, you need to make your homepage look really catchy. Add some bold text, and add some pictures of stuff that people would like to get for free. Examples: Xbox 360, Nintendo Point Card, iPods, etc. After you are done with that, you need to make some other pages. Such as a help page on offers, a FAQ page, and some other pages that you think would help. Now, you need to make a banner/background, and you want to make it look pleasing to the eyes, because if it is not, then your viewers will just go away. To make a good banner/background I suggest using programs such as Microsoft Paint, Adobe Photoshop. Another thing that you could do is put upload a video on your homepage on your site telling people about Points2shop, tell them what it is about, how to earn points, and what you can get with your points One more thing that you might want to consider is put referral banners all around your site. Put your referral banners from points2shop all around your site, so that your viewers will click on them and sign up. You can also add a testimonial page to your site too... Say you get a prize from Points2shop, well you can take a picture of your prize, or make a video of you unboxing your prize and then upload the video to the testimonial page. Once you have done all of that, now its time to promote your website. You want to get your site well known with a lot of daily visitors. So you need to add your site to search engines, and also you might want to promote your site on social networking sites such as MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc... Finally, once you have done all of that, then you should start getting a lot of daily traffic to your site, which should get you a lot more referrals. |

When you are editing your site, did you go to promotion, then click on "Submit your site to Google"? Because if you do that, then you should get a lot more visitors |

Nice guide, but it's a basic overview and definitely not the recipe for a "really good website". Though Webs has free templates, they aren't professional. I suggest finding a free template online, eiditng it to your liking, and uploading it to a free host (not site builder)/paid host. That way, you have total control over the design and don't need to have a "This website was built using "company name".com! Create yours today!" link on it. |
