Almost 700 referrals and im about to die down

Hey guys Well, i've noticed my main source of referrals is now ruined really. (i won't be telling my main source of referrals) I have 635 referrals at the moment, getting maybe 2 referrals a week. My strategy has been found out and has been basically ruined by many newcomers to the referral world. I remember some days i would get double-digit referrals. yes, some days . Now i'm lucky to get a referral every week. So guys, how are you doing referral-wise with the rise of members coming to points2shop and the rise of the 'buissness' |

my best day was 46 refs in the space of like 5 hours. but i've only had 2 impressions this past week and no signups... but then again, I been focusing on 1 site and trying to get it to top of google. In the last 48 hours, it jumped 184 spots on google, from page 32 to page 14, so I'm hoping another week or two, to have it on first page, then my refs should come back. |

There are no secrets to getting refs, the methods are all the same. The secrets lie, in where we get refs, and how to get your page noticed (for those of us using referral websites). Even then, its not really secrets, the information is readily available out there if you put in the time to look. That being said, the secret is, determination. You cant just make 1 post, or a website, and expect refs to magically show up. If your posting ref links somewhere, you have to post them where people will be interested in whatever you are promoting. If your using websites, than you have to make your website popular, or at the very least get it to the top of search engines, using youtube, you need to get a lot of views and good ranking, etc etc etc. Most people I see asking for ref help, remind me of my 3 year old, telling me 'daddy i cant do it' after trying for about 2.5 milliseconds to put on his sock. He can do it, he just gives up to easy. |

The first couple replies totally gave me some more determination!! and Push is right, it takes time and actual effort to place the link somewhere smart with a catchy title, etc. Its just like offers but a easier concept I've usually only tried 2-3 sites but i'm going to explore the options. I should have known it was going to die down. |

I've been doing okay with referrals recently, been getting less this month. Plus, lots of my referrals been getting banned recently. Can you share your old method since I'm your referrer, lol?
