What are some good recent RPG's for the Xbox?

I really dislike FF13(Don't get me started), but I'm looking some new RPG's, rather than shooters for the Xbox 360. Any Suggestions?

Nice graphics, awesome battle system, likeable characters, tons of side quests, and has TOWNS!!
