Ive lost almost 10lbs in the first 2 weeks and im getting more lean and definition in my arms now. cant wait until the 90 days are up around christmas

It's really the Plymometrics and eating habits that do it for me from the program. Fall just started so I'm on my bulk cycle and taking mass gainers and creatine XD Hopefully I can gain 20-30lbs of mass in the fall and lose the 5-10lb of the fat with the p90x in the winter.
