First off make a Youtube account and make videos of whatever topic you'd like, Make a free website (http://www.webs.com/) and type it in your Youtube homepage, your Youtube video's description and tell them to go on it try to make it look good and add the referral banners trust me it works I have a friend with 150+ referrals and also try to minimize your referlink 2tinyurl that way people won't know and they'll just click. -.^ |

this is a really old way of getting it but it does work for most people but rarely willyou get 100+ refs maybe 10-20 |
