They are easy but there are plenty of offers to to here XMmonkeyman. You complete offers and refer for points to redeem items and such. The games and videos are a great way of extra points but it is not the basis of the site. Sammy you have to remember that in the US that is where there are the most advertisers available and therefore more offers. The offer completions applies to all countries as most offers are the same. UK has the 2nd most amount of offers and canada has few but more than alot of the other outside countries. So against a member in lets say Spain or Japan you have a higher advantage on being able to use the site and more given to you. I would say there is a higher percentage of people who actually watch the vids though there always will be a percentage who abuse it. If anything i think members try to find a way to get credit multiple times. But i think advertisers just dont open as much vid offers as normal offers simply because they are not that much in demand on them. Of course, it always could change 
all in all offers/surveys are be best to focus on completing for points
