I almost always get credit for them. Of course, its best to clear cookies and make a new email each time. you SHOULD optin (say yes) to at least 8 offers during the path. It is a very long path but i usually add in yes to email submits or short sign ups. Dont forget to confirm any emails you see after you finish

I also always got them to approve in the early days, but looking at the graph, it doesn't look like it's working for a lot people recently so I've been staying away from them.
