To redeem your points from Points2Shop for Amazon prizes, you will first need to choose something to buy - I wish I could help you but you're the boss in that arena. If you find something on Amazon.com, you will need to find the same item on Points2Shop to order it for free. Not that the Amazon item is entirely free and the points are not a discount, so you will need to have enough points for the item plus shipping (more info on shipping).
Go to the Amazon Redemption page on Points2Shop and type several keywords from the product name into the search box. Just be sure when looking at the search results to find the product with the same title and price. If there are no results, change your search to one or two keywords, and if there are too many results, add in another word from the product title.
For example, if you wanted to get free MS points you might find the following item on Amazon: Xbox 360 Live 1600 Points and type the following in the search box: 1600 xbox live points

I can't find the item!
If you have found an item on Amazon.com which does not appear in the Points2Shop Amazon Redemption system, a possible cause is that the Points2Shop records are outdated. To place an order for an item which does not appear on Points2Shop or for an item which does not list the particular Marketplace Seller from whom you want to purchase the item, place a manual order:
To place a manual order for an item which is not listed in the Points2Shop Amazon Redemption system, click "place an Amazon order manually" on the redemption page or click this direct link. You will need to tell them exactly what you want to order, that page has form fields for each important detail they will need to place the order.
Your manual order will be handled slightly differently, allow an extra day for the entire process if you have to do a manual order.
Check the item against Amazon.com before ordering
If the information in the Points2Shop redemption page is even a few minutes outdated, you may see items listed which are no longer for sale (or have a higher price, etc). If you order such a product, your order will be delayed because they may need to contact you to choose another item or seller. Just check availability for the item through Amazon.com to see if the same sellers and prices are listed.
